Holistic symptom burden and prognostic value of palliative care needs in heart failure: insights from the integrated palliative care outcome scale

This study evaluates PCN in hospitalized HF patients and their association with patient characteristics and mortality.POPULATION AND METHODS: A prospective observational study was conducted on 160 hospitalized HF patients in Vietnam.
